Hire Rates

New Malden Studios are available to hire seven days a week, from 8.30am until 9.30pm. Regular bookings are encouraged, and key-holder access is available subject to conditions. Whatever your requirements, please contact us for more information should you need it.

Available Hours Of Hire

Studio space may be booked during the following times, subject to availability:

  • Monday – Friday / 08.30 – 21.30
  • Saturday – Sunday / 08.30 – 20.30
  • Public Holidays / By Appointment

Rates For Studio One

The larger of our two training spaces, Studio One is intended for small-group tuition:

  • £10 per-hour
  • Minimum hire one hour, thereafter billable in 15-minute blocks, depending on intended use.

Hire rate includes:

  • Heaters (in winter) or fans (in summer) as supplied in the room
  • Wi-Fi
  • DAB Digital Radio & Sound System
  • Use of all studio facilities including social space & bike storage
  • Use of all studio training equipment

Rates For Studio Two

The smaller of our two training spaces, Studio Two is intended for 1-2-1 teaching or individual solo practice:

  • £8 per-hour
  • Minimum hire one hour, thereafter billable in 15-minute blocks, depending on intended use.

Hire rate includes:

  • Heaters (in winter) or fans (in summer) as supplied in the room
  • Wi-Fi
  • Use of all studio facilities including social space & bike storage
  • Use of all studio training equipment

Rates For Entire Studio

Larger groups or workshops require the use of both our training spaces:

  • £15 per-hour
  • Minimum hire one hour, then billable in 15-minute blocks, depending on intended use.

Hire rate includes:

  • Heaters (in winter) or fans (in summer) as supplied in the room
  • Wi-Fi
  • DAB Digital Radio & Sound System
  • Use of all studio facilities including social space & bike storage
  • Use of all studio training equipment

Minimum Hire Durations

The duration of all bookings must be equal to, or greater than, our minimum booking durations:

  • Individuals – may hire studio space for a minimum of one hour (1.0hrs / 60 mins).
  • Pairs (i.e: Tutor/Student, Therapist/Client) – may hire studio space for a minimum of one hour & fifteen minutes (1.25 hrs / 75 mins). We would expect the teacher/therapist or lead hirer to arrive before their session, set their room up, and be present to greet their student/client when they arrive.
  • Groups (i.e: Teacher/Class) – may hire studio space for a minimum of one hour & fifteen minutes (1.25 hrs / 75 mins). As above, we would expect the teacher or lead hirer to arrive before their advertised class time, set their room up, and be present to grant their students access to the space.
